Your uploaded files are temporarily stored using Vercel Blob Storage during processing. Files are automatically deleted after transcription is complete or if processing fails.

Transcription results are stored in our database and associated with your account. You may delete your transcription data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

4.3 Retention Period

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services and as described in this policy. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to help operate our service:

  • Vercel Inc.: Provides hosting infrastructure and blob storage services.
  • Supabase: Provides authentication and database services.
  • Volcengine (ByteDance): Provides the speech recognition API that processes your audio files.
  • Google: Provides OAuth authentication services.

These third parties have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect your data.
